Question for the Day:
Hubby asked -- What do you have planned for today?
My answer -- Vacuuming, scrubbing floors, cleaning bathrooms, laundry, and writing.
Hubby's response -- That's good. You need a day to relax.
Gotta love him!
It has been a stressful week. Lots of meetings, so I'm sure he meant that it would be nice that I could stay home for a day. LOL!

That sounds like exactly what my husband would say. He asked my plans for today as it's my one day off the 'day job.'
My day: I need to mow (we have an acre of grass), clean out my closet, revise 50 pages, workout, go out to dinner with out-of-town relatives, shop for next week's conference.
His response: "Must be nice to have a day off." He wasn't being sarcastic.
Hmm.

Yikes! I think I'd rather clean my bathrooms than mow an acre of grass and clean a closet! Aren't men great? They just don't get it.
Guys are funny, aren't they? At least he doesn't mind your writing. That's the biggie test.
He kind of resents the time I spend at the computer, but he's always promoting me to everyone he meets. : )
He's a great guy, even if he doesn't quite "get it."
